Advocate and Solicitor, High Court of Malaya
Vishnu Vijandran is a lawyer in Kuala Lumpur who helps companies, directors and individuals resolve business and personal disputes. He represents clients in court and in arbitration, a private alternative to court.
He has worked on cases at the Asian International Arbitration Centre and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. He earned a First Class law degree from the University of Exeter and a master's in law from City, University of London, and was called to the Bar in England at Lincoln's Inn. He has spoken about arbitration at events in Malaysia, Vietnam and Uzbekistan.
He set up the chambers so each client deals with one lawyer, who reads the documents, takes the calls and represents them in court. He keeps the practice small for that reason.
Vishnu reads your contracts, emails, invoices and notes before he advises, so his advice is based on the facts.
Every assessment sets out what could go wrong, so you make decisions with the full picture.
Winning means little if the other side can't pay. We check what they own before we start a claim.
